If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 5 days from the delivery date. You must submit your return request by sending us an email to support@fransawi-silver-jewelry.com and include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. Our in-house team will assess the request.
After receiving a confirmation from our team, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges:

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box/bag and/or packaging. In addition, no refund will be issued if the Fransawi commercial tag is removed from the item received.
